Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen!

Today, I bring to you the Tuna Ahi Salad! As you know, everything I make is fresh--from Food to Cocktail!

What you will need:

Food:

Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna (The More Purple in Color the Better)
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Blackberries
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Salad (Mixed Greens)
Salted Butter (I use Kerrygold)
Lemon Wedge

Spices:

Garlic and Sea Salt
1 Portion of a Garlic Bulb
Pepper
Sesame Seeds

Condiments:

Soy Sauce

Instructions

Preparation:

Take a plastic freezer bag and put sesame seeds / garlic and sea salt / pepper in it
Put your fresh tuna in the bag and close it
Shake it about to coat the entire Tuna Fillet
Heat your pan on high with Butter and chopped Garlic
Toss the Mixed Greens in freshly squeezed lemon juice (hell no to salad dressing)
Place salad in the bowl you will eat from.

Cooking:

Sear each side of the Tuna Fillet until the Sesame Seeds are Browned in color (about 30-45 seconds per side)
When finished, place the Tuna Fillet directly on top of the salad and let it rest for about 1 minute while you fix yourself something like to drink.
I recommend a drink that is tart, probably the left over limeade from yesterday's Proper Margarita ;).

Serving:

About 1/4 way on the Tuna fillet, take your knife and cut it. You will see the deep red of the Tuna that brings nostalgia of sashimi :D
Add your Fresh Fruit to garnish the bowl
Drizzle Soy sauce on top of the Tuna Fillet so the Sesame Seeds soak it up

NOW SERVE THAT AMAZING MEAL!!! :D
