เทมปุระ ดงบุริ เรียกสั้นๆว่า "เทน ดง" ซึ่งทำจากกุ้งทอด ไข่ทอดและผักทอดแบบกรอบ วางบนข้าวร้อนๆ ราดด้วยซอสญี่ปุ่น เซตนี้ประกอบด้วยเทนดงและน้ำซุปเต้าเจี้ยว และยังมีของเก้มทานกับข้าวคือ ผักดองและไข่ปลาเมนไทโกะ วางไว้ทานตามสบายคะ
Tempura donburi is also called "ten don" for short. Ten Don is made from crispy fried shrimp, eggs, and vegetables served with a Japanese sauce on top of streamed rice. This set consisted of ten don and miso soup. Condiments include pickled vegetables and mentaiko (fish eggs), and are self-service.

Tempura Ebi No Ya (天麩羅えびのや) ตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 8 ของห้างโยโดยาบาชิ ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเจอาร์โอซาก้า ย่านอุเมะดะ ร้านนี้จะเสริฟเทนดงและไข่ปลาเมนไทโกะรสเลิศ สนนราคา 880 เยน คุณภาพและรสชาติ คุ้มค่าเกินราคารับรองคะ
I recommend Tempura Ebi No Ya (天麩羅えびのや) on the eighth floor of the Yodobashi Camera building near Osaka Station in Umeda. They serve one of the most delicious ten dons and it's even better with the mentaiko. The cost is 880 yen, and I think you'll agree it's a great value for the quality and taste.
