Today is palm Sunday, and those who fast can eat fish.
For this reason, we have fish today, namely baked mackerel with lemon. Baked in foil, but the process itself is not photographed. Only the finished dish.

It's simple - clean the mackerel from the insides, make cuts on the abdomen of the fish. RUB seasonings for fish, in the incisions insert the lemon and wrap in foil. We do not add salt. But here's who he loves)

Bake at 180 degrees for about forty minutes. Then open the foil and let the fish fry for another 10 minutes.

It tastes very good)


А у меня снова еда!
Сегодня Вербное воскресенье, и тем, кто постится, можно кушать рыбу.
По этой причине у нас сегодня рыба, а именно - запеченная скумбрия с лимоном. Запекали в фольге, но вот сам процесс не сфотографировали. Только готовое блюдо.

Все просто - чистим скумбрию от внутренностей, делаем надрезы по брюшку рыбы. Натираем приправами для рыбы, в надрезы вставляем лимон и заворачиваем в фольгу. Мы не солим. Но тут уж кто как любит)

Запекаем при температуре 180 градусов минут сорок. Затем открываем фольгу и еще 10 минут даем рыбке поджариться.
