Taiwanese Centry Egg and Tofu(皮蛋豆腐) - 피단두부

Centry Egg and Tofu is one of the popular side dishes in Taiwan.
Its appearance and color seem wired if you see it for the first time. Roughly ten years ago, I came to Taiwan for the first time and felt like ... lol
I tried to eat it and realized that it is very harmonious with any kind of Chinese style noodles such as Sesame paste noodles(마장면, 麻醬麵), Plain noodles(陽春麵, 양춘면) etc. Now, it is became one of my favorite side dish in Taiwan life.
