Method
First put sugar and 6 cups of water in the gas.
When it boils, turn off the heat and take it down.
Even if you have saffron at home, you can give a little, the juice will smell nice - even if you don't give it, it will work.
Now stir the basil in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. If the flame is increased but the besan will burn.
Add crushed almonds and cardamom powder.
Carefully add ghee to the fragrant berole.
When the whole is mixed, mix the juice in the same way, but the sugar juice is very hot. So be careful.
Now shake with a spatula and mix well.
As soon as the ghee floats on the edge, you will understand that the mixture is ready.
Make laddu by cooling it down and applying a little ghee on your hands.
You can also cut it as ice by pouring it on a ghee coated dish.
