Delicious Mayo Pasta

For boiling pasta:

Pasta – 2 to 3 cups
Half teaspoon salt
A little oil

For making mayo mixture:

Mayonnaise – 5 tablespoons
Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons

For cooking pasta:

Chicken/mushroom/prawn – as desired
Oil/butter – 2 tablespoons
Vegetables of choice (onion, green chili, capsicum etc.)
Salt – as per taste
Chillie powder – a little
Tasting salt – a little
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate it in a small amount of ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, salt and keep it in the refrigerator. You can also make mayo pasta with mushrooms or prawns.

How to make delicious mayo pasta?

  • First, heat water (with a little oil and salt) in a large pan. Now boil the pasta in this hot water. When the pasta is boiled, drain it and wash it with cold water.

  • Now heat oil or butter in another pan on the stove and fry the marinated meat/prawn/mushrooms well and add onion, green chilli, capsicum and vegetables of your choice and continue frying. Don't forget to add a little salt.

  • At this stage, stir the drained boiled pasta and sprinkle with tasting salt and pepper powder to taste.

  • Now mix the mayo mixture made with mayonnaise and tomato sauce in the pasta and stir well. Then turn off the stove and remove it.

  • Spread a little more mayonnaise on top and serve the delicious mayo pasta.
