Quantity | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 | dragon fruit |
1 | ripe banana |
1 cup | frozen berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) |
1/2 cup | unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) |
1 tablespoon | honey or agave syrup (optional) |
Toppings | your choice (such as granola, sliced fruit, coconut flakes, chia seeds) |
Instructions
Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Peel the ripe banana and add it to the blender along with the frozen berries.
Pour in the almond milk and honey or agave syrup (if using).
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well blended.
Once the mixture is smooth, pour it into a bowl.
Decorate the smoothie bowl with your desired toppings. You can add sliced fruit, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or any other toppings you like.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing dragon fruit smoothie bowl!
Note: You can also add other ingredients to customize your dragon fruit smoothie bowl, such as spinach or kale for added greens, protein powder for an extra boost, or a splash of citrus juice for a tangy flavor. Feel free to experiment and make it your own!
