Nastar dragon fruit cheese
Ingredients:
100 g margarine
150 g butter (I use butter milk, vanilla aroma kick bgt k cake)
80 g of refined sugar
2 eggs yellow btr
50 g grated chedar
50 g of milk powder
50 g cornstarch
300 g of low-flour protein (blue key)

1 tbsp liquid milk

Step:
Mixer margarine, butter and refined sugar for 2 minutes (if too long the cake will expand in the oven, kayayyaku😭). Put eggs one by one mixer 1 minute / until well blended
Sugar flour and mix well with cornstarch and milk powder. Add the flour mixture to the mixer mixture bit by bit using spatula.Tambahkan also grated cheese until evenly
Dough forms in the oven which has been heated for about 15 minutes then remove and sprinkle and sprinkle the cheese as topping.Oven back to mature
