I order Pizza from Pizza Hut expecting it to be quality. Well to be fair, it was quality the first time I ordered. I used to order it every Friday night as there was a shop which was around 2 miles distance from my house. When it came to my second or third order, they had made the pizza SUPER thin. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty. But it was too thin.
So me being me decided to complain to Pizza Hut who then sent me a £10 gift card and said that they will have a word with the local Pizza Hut which I had ordered from. I was happy and thought that this matter was resolved. Boy was I wrong, the next time when I had ordered pizza from Pizza Hut - SAME PROBLEM! They had made it super thin again. I took a photo (as seen below) to send to Pizza Hut as proof and made another complaint. They responded by saying that they are sorry and will have a word.
