A Typical Breakfast in a Nigerian Home on a Saturday Morning

Hello Steemit: How are you today? I want to share a very delicious meal most people prefer making on a Saturday which is called Moi Moi (Beans Pudding) If you're Nigerian and you're reading this,you can totally relate to having this meal on Saturdays because that's when time is available from the week of hustling and trying to make ends meet,hence having more time on their hands to get it done. Ingredients:beans (peeled), bell pepper, fish, eggs, onions, crayfish,groundnut oil, maggi cubes, salt. Procedure; wash and grind your beans,add fresh pepper (bell peppers), crayfish and onions while grinding. add groundnut oil and stir,melt the maggi in warm water and add salt and a little water then stir. wash your leaf, fold and pour a little quantity of beans into it. add fish and ehg and fold the tip of the leaf to fit in the beand and put it in a nylon so it doesn't pour (optional) arrange moi moi in the pot and allow to boil for at least 40 minutes Food is ready!!
