Keukarah merupakan sejenis pegangan atau cemilan yang cukup populer di kalangan masyarakat aceh terbuat dari tepung beras. Keukarah sering di gunakan pada waktu menjelang hari raya idul Fitri maupun idul adha, sekilas tampilan kue berbentuk seperti sarang burung yang ada di atas pohon kelapa. Keukarah enak juga di makan di temanin segelas teh hangat atau kopi hitam.
kue keukarah juga bukan menjelang lebaran di gunakan tapi di ajang festival kue khas tradisional sering juga di gunakan. Kue keukarah sudah banyak mengatahui semenjak si event festival.

Keukarah is a kind of grip or snack which is quite popular among aceh people made from rice flour. Keukarah often used at the time before the feast of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, a glimpse of the cake-shaped like a bird's nest in the palm tree. Good fortune is also in eating at temanin a glass of warm tea or black coffee.
