Hi friends! It's my  favorite recipe from the my grandmother's book. These strudels very satisfying and delicious!

Prepare yeast dough, which we prepared for cookies with a rose. If you have not seen, you  will like  this recipe:

The advantage of this dough that you can put it in the freezer and then cook when you need.

Cut triangles and make our horseshoes. For filling, take grated apples. If you're in the warm season, you can take other fruits.

We provide a horseshoe shape. Smeare strudels of egg white and  sprinkle with sugar with turmeric.

Bake in the oven on medium heat for 20 - 30 minutes.

Kids love when we take them along for the trip!
