Certainly on occasions teenagers find it much easier to give in to the habit of buying fast food, for ease, the economy, even knowing that these foods contain a high rate of saturated fat, salt and calories.

FEEDING HEALTHY, ALL A CHALLENGE.

It is known that fast foods are very attractive, have good flavor, their price is quite cheap, they can be eaten quickly, anywhere, standing or simply ordering them at home. However, this type of hypercaloric foods, with excess fat, if consumed regularly brings serious health consequences such as overweight, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and can result in fatigue, and lack of academic performance in students.
Despite the ease offered by fast food, we must recognize that although it is the best option for reasons of practicality, it is not always so for health, to maintain optimal nutrition, it is necessary to take into account some recommendations for obtaining proteins. correct, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals that our body needs.

First of all never skip breakfast, this meal will provide the energy necessary for you to surrender throughout the day. Ideally, eat some fruit, a sandwich, a plate of oatmeal or eggs, accompany it with some fruit such as an apple or a banana.

Avoid excess consumption of soft drinks and coffee, should be replaced by fruit juices, preferably natural.

It is advisable to eat salads and fresh vegetables. Salads are easy to prepare, nowadays they can be found even in fast food places, you can also add some protein (such as chicken or tuna) and you will have a rich and balanced meal.
The recommended food consumption for adolescents is: first pasta, rice and potatoes (boiled or baked); in second place fruits and vegetables; in third place are the meats, fish (grilled, boiled, oven, microwave, fried, steamed) and eggs, fourthly the dairy products, and finally sugars and fats

We must remember that healthy eating does not consist of completely eliminating fatty foods from the diet. Healthy eating involves following a balanced diet in order to get the right nutrients and vitamins to keep you healthy, attentive and energized all day long.
