Weight lost is of a great concern by many to live a healthy lifestyle along side living long on earth.
Before anyone can consider loosing their weight three things they must have in mind is the fact that:
1)Everyone is beautiful in their own way. We are all master piece of our creator.
2)Avoid comparing yourself with others. Accept what God has given you and make the most out of it.
3)Also most weight gain is genetic.
Some Factors That Influences Weight Includes:
a)Emotional Eating.
Emotional eating might be triggered by relationship conflicts,work stress,fatigue,financial pressures,health fear, boredom, sadness, loneliness, problems which leads to over eating as a way to suppress negative emotions and causes excessive weight gain.
b) Passive Eating(eating when you are not hungry.
c)Impulsive Eating.
Food is the most common commodity in our surroundings so must people eat what ever their eyes finds appealing even when they are not hungry.
d)Bad Eating Habit.
Bad eating habits includes multitasking while eating like watching movies when eating. This makes one eat the food in hurry.
Bad habit of eating in hurry also causes weight gain.Also taking large portions of food instead of eating small portion first and returning later to take more if not satisfy causes one to eat much. It is better to eat six smaller portion food than eating three large portions of food.
The saying Eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper is ideal for weight loss.
4) Eating of high calories fatty foods
REMEDY
Thus, to have a ideal Weight the following remedies can be condidered:
Having a good nutritious meal in the morning makes the body enegertic, more active and less hunger triggering.
Eating less of carbohydrates and fatty foods and more of fruits and vegetables will aid weight lost.
Eating slowly and avoid multitasking during meal.
Keep a food dairy to monitor eating habits.
Stress management therapy.
Snack healthy With low fat calories snacks.
Consider seeking a professional help therapy to find out if you are suffering from eating disorder.
