Refreshing Ice Lemon Mint Drink
Hi guys ,
I would like to share with you My amazing summery drink . It's Christmas in Melbourne , Australia and around 36 degrees outside. So if you wanna surprise you partner or guests, this is a drink for you that will keep you chill and enjoy the short summer days .

The recipe
Two persons
2 cups of ice
1/2 cup of leaves of mint
1 1/2 medium size Lemons
1-2 spoons of sugar (you may skip it if you don't want it)
1-1 1/2 cups of sparkling water or just water.
Option is to add an alcohol like vodka if you like.
Process
Put all ingredients in to a blender (Nutribullet or Ninja will make the work) blend until you get all smouth . Try it out if some sugar missing add some if some lemon or mint add some more, easily adjust to you taste.
Then pour it into a nice glass, put some mint to decoration and enjoy.
