3-4 cup chicken stock
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoon chili sauce
2 tsp Flour
2 teaspoons butter
Salt to taste
Method
First, cut cinnamon, carrot and onion finely.
- Melt butter in a pan and fry the vegetables in it.
Now add the flour to the fried vegetables and stir until the fragrance starts to flow from it.
Now add salt, chili and chili sauce in it and then add chicken stock to it and cook it for 5 minutes. - Chinese cream soup is ready. Serve warmly by decorating fresh cream.
