Cocktail for weight loss with grapefruit, pineapple, yogurt and ginger

Antioxidants and cellulose rich in excess weight, lipids, and blood pressure. Pineapple contains a lot of fiber, normalizes the work of the digestive system, and also helps digest proteins through the enzyme bromelain. Greek yogurt is a source of calcium, probiotics, protein. Ginger accelerates metabolism and normalizes blood sugar levels.

1 grapefruit;
2 cups of fresh or frozen pineapple slices;
⅓ cup of Greek yogurt;
1 slice of fresh ginger.

Preparation



Peel the grapefruit from the peel, remove the bones.

Beat the grapefruit, pineapple, yogurt and ginger blender until a uniform mass is formed.
