Juicy, fragrant and useful smoothies can be made perfect by adding a little turmeric.

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen banana without skin;
• 100 g pineapple (fresh or canned);
• 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger;
• ½ teaspoon turmeric;
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
• 200 ml of carrot juice;
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Preparation:

• Put all the solid ingredients in the blender, add the spices. Whisk.
• Add lemon juice and 100 ml carrot. Whisk again.
• If the consistency seems too thick, add the remaining carrot juice and whisk again.
