Macaroni in the Navy style : recipe

Macaroni in navy style with a unique tomato-meat taste. Pasta in a Fleet way is excellent for dinner, and the rest , in the morning we can pack them in cans and can be taken to work. Because even in a cold form it is very tasty.


Ingredients


  • 200 g of pasta;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 500 g ground meat;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.


Preparation


Boil the pasta in salted water. Classics for this dish are penne - cylindrical products about 4 cm in length. But you can take any other: spaghetti, horns, bows and so on.

Throw and rinse the pasta, but do not drain all the water in which they were brewed. Leave one glass: it will be needed later.

Before frying, fry onion in vegetable oil finely chopped onions. Add chopped garlic and minced meat. Better beef or mix of pork and beef. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the tomato paste and fry for another two to three minutes. Then pour in water, combine forcemeat with pasta, stir and simmer on low heat for about five minutes.
