Chinese Food Show!

 Hey there, I'm Passenger and i'm so happy as this is my first time to Steem. As a deep food lover, I'd like to show you various delicious food of China. If you are a food lover and loving Chinese food, no doubt that my blog would be your best food hut. Now let me show you the typical food of Xiamen, China.

No. 1 冰镇角螺

这道冰镇角螺。听小哥哥介绍说这是在90年代，厦门有一家很出名的酒楼叫做鸿山酒楼的招牌菜之一。新鲜的红螺煮熟后冰镇，充分保留了原材料的鲜甜，冰镇还能提升螺肉的口感，配上芥末酱料的清新，一口入喉，回味无穷。

This is the famous food in China, we cook the spiral , then iced immediately to remain the tasting of spiral. BTW, icing is a good way to improve tasting. Mustard sauce is advised when you are eating.

 

No. 2 沙茶焖三宝

  厦门超出名的就是沙茶面了，看到沙茶两个字就兴冲冲的点了一份。里面有鱿鱼，大肠，猪肺，沙茶汤带着点甜超级好喝，是非常浓郁的味道，配料和汤结合碰撞出的口感实在超棒。

Shacha noodles is also the famous noodle in south-China, containing Squid、the large intestine、Pig lung etc.. 

No. 3 香酥芋泥鸭

  这道菜是80年代老厦门绿岛大酒楼的招牌菜，因为制作工艺很繁杂所以不容易吃到。吃下去第一感觉就是好用心的一道菜，包裹着鸭肉丝的芋泥炸酥，切成小方块，方便一口一块，糯糯的芋泥搭配鸭肉丝的美味，蘸上秘制的老厦门鱼肝油柳橙酱，免去了油腻，多出了酸甜，这道菜的层次在口中回荡，真的是回味无穷。

No. 4 踏雪寻梅蝴蝶骨

 这道菜就是色香味俱全的担当啦，上桌的那一刻味道飘来口水都快流下来了~腌制过得排骨吸收了秘制的酱汁，颜值就让人觉得口味肯定超级棒，仔细看排骨上还有一层薄薄的糖霜，吃起来淡淡的甜味衬托酱香，肉质超级Q弹，一口下去都是满满的肉，越嚼越有味道，超推荐！
