Uma sugestão para almoço ou jantar, peito de frango com legumes salteados.

Preparação :

• Temperar o frango com sal, pimenta, alho e sumo de limão.
  Numa frigideira com azeite alourar o frango dos dois lados.
  Retirar o frango e juntar ao molho, natas frescas, um pouco de água ou vinho branco.
  Colocar novamente o frango e deixar cozinhar.
  Rectificar os temperos e deitar umas sementes de sésamo a gosto. Acompanhar com legumes salteados em azeite e alho.
