Well here i am at my desk here at work so i decided to eat a Vanilla slice.
I want to share with you all this funny moment of mine. A sweet tooth moment.... yeah one of those. :)
Not just any slice but a home made Vanilla slice made by one of our staff members. You know that feel "Gee i wish i has something sweet to eat right now".... Well this was one of those moments, then to find out a short time later that a staff member has made these delicious Vanilla slice and yes i was one of the lucky onces that had one before they were all eaten.
Moral of the story is i loved to eat Vanilla slice many years ago but some where along the way they all changed their recipe. Dont ask me why but they did and they never tasted the same. EVER!!!
This Vanilla slice was the closest thing to getting back that taste again from many years ago!!! I did enjoy it along with a nice hot coffee. Was a nice treat :)

Really you don't know what a vanilla slice is? I thought they were famous all over the world. But obviously not :)
Well it has custard in the middle with pastry top and bottom with some white icing on the top :)
