Not at all. Check out Dr Neal Barnards book on how to Reverse Type 2 diabetes. He has the best results world wide on this and promotes a high carb high sugar low fat diet.
It’s not the sugar causing diabetes, but instead the large amount of fat people eat with it that blocks the absorption of the sugar. It’s something I could talk about in a future video but professionals like Dr Barnard, Dr McDougall and various others have written books about that I would always recommend first.
