I would like to share a recipe for a great cake with you! If you like something delicate, light and sweet, then this cake is just for you. This delicacy in my family has been for many years and has a person who does not like it.

Ingredients you will need;

  • eggs, 8 pcs
  • sugar, 1 glass +2 tablespoons for punch
  • Wheat flour, 7 tablespoons
  • cocoa, 3 tablespoons
  • baking powder, 1 teaspoon
  • 36% cream, 1 liter + 3 tablespoons for chocolate topping
  • gelatin, 2 teaspoons
  • powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons
  • Rum / spirit, 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice, 1 tbsp
  • dark chocolate, 200g.

CAKE: egg yolks with sugar on white cream. Whip the whites into a stiff foam and add a pinch of salt. Flour, cocoa and powder sift and add to the yolks.Then add the foam and mix gently with a spoon (not a mixer!). Bake at 200 degrees Celsius 30-40 minutes. After removing and cooling, slice them in half.

PONCZ: We add sugar, lemon juice and rum to 2 glasses of warm water. Soak the two halves of the dough with a punch.

CREAM ; remove dissolved gelatine in a few tablespoons of hot water, let it cool down completely, but it does not become dense. When the gelatin cools, beat the cream, adding powdered sugar to the end. Whipping all the time we add gelatine.

RENDS: break the chocolate into pieces, add 3 tablespoons of sweet cream and dissolve in a water bath

Strongly soaked in a punch, the dough is topped with whipped cream, and our delicacy is ready.
