RECETAS - "Towed arrows"

Hey, everybody, how you doing? I wanted to try a new recipe, to imitate the taste of fried squid legs and I have to tell you that the texture is quite similar. So if you're a vegan and you want "no fried fish" feel free to try this recipe.




INGREDIENTS Oyster mushrooms marinated overnight in lemon, nori, garlic and parsley. Chickpea flour


  • We put olive oil in a pan and wait for it to get hot.
  • While we batter the mushrooms in chickpea flour and fry them.
  • I like to put a paper towel to absorb the extra oil and serve it with a squeeze of lemon or a vegan mayonnaise.
