Ciao a tutti mi presento , sono Marco ma tutti mi chiamano "Pizzetta", ho 35 anni e vivo all'ombra della reggia di Caserta, sono sposato, padre di un bellissimo bambino e di professione faccio il Pizzaiolo.
Il pizzaiolo non è un mestiere che si puo fare facendo un corso di cucina, ci vogliono anni di esperienza, sacrifici e tantissima passione, io credo che sia errato definirlo un mestiere, per quello che mi riguarda fare la pizza è un ARTE.
Sono pizzaiolo di seconda generazione, anche il mio papà era pizzaiolo ed è a Lui che debbo tutto quello che ho imparato.

Da quando ero piccolo, passando per la mia giovinezza ad oggi ho lavorato e studiato per ottenere un prodotto sempre migliore, posso dire con fierezza di aver imparato veramente tanto ma con la consapevolezza che non è mai abbastanza , io penso che si puo sempre migliorare.
