Ingredients:
1 box cake mix of your choice
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
2 cups of milk
Milk can be altered depending on how thick you'd like your pancake. Thicker pancakes require less milk.
Instructions:
- In large bowl mix all ingredients.
- Warm pan to medium high heat to prevent sticking use nonstick stray, butter, or coconut oil.
- Use a 1/4 cup to pour pancake batter into pan, cook until bubbles form at top of pancake.
- Flip pancake and cook other side for another minute until fully cooked.
- Continue till all batter is used.
