Gulabjamun #indian dessert

Gulab jamun is one of the famous desserts in india. It is loved by children as well as the elders. In any festival the some bought it from the stores while some make it at home. Because it is very hard to prepare at home many avoid making indian desserts at home.
Today I'll teach you the simplest method of making gulab jamun.
The ingredients :
1- one cup milk powder
2- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3- 1 tablespoon semolina
4- 2 tablespoons butter
5- one cup curd to mix the ingredients
6- 2,3 tablespoon of warm milk
7- 4,5 cup suger
8- a jar water
Process:
First take the milk powder all purpose flour semolina and butter all in a bowl and mix well. Than mix the curd and warm milk to make the paste smoth.

Now for the syrup take the 1 jar water and boil it on gas. Then mix 5 cup suger to it and let it boil more until it comes to the thicker consistency. Than mix some saffron and cardamom power to it for the flavor and the color.

Now from the batter make small round balls. And at the low flame deep fry them till they turn to dark brown or if you like more then wait till black. sorry I forgot to take the pic of batter before frying. And when they turn golden brown just dip them into the suger syrup and keep aside till they cool down. And after cooling them keep them in refrigerator for min 6 to 7 hours and they will taste good in the next morning. They will look like this from inside.
