* 5 buah cabai merah * 10 buah cabai rawit * 50 ml air matang
### Ciri Khas Mie Kuning untuk Mie Kocok
Mie tepung yang digunakan untuk mie kocok berbentuk lebih besar dari mie yang biasa digunakan untuk mie Aceh dan warnanya cenderung lebih pucat.
### Cara Membuat Mie Kocok
1. Rebus mie kuning sampai matang kemudian tiriskan. 2. Ambil kulit udang yang sudah anda kupas kemudian sangrai sampai barubah warna. Setelah berubah warna rebus dalam panci dengan menggunakan 300 ml air, dan api kecil selama 30 menit. Tunggu air hingga menyusut kemudian angkat dan pisahkan airnya. 3. Toge yang sudah direndam dengan air panas berikut sejumput mie kemudian disiram dengan kuah kaldu kental. 4. Haluskan bawang putih dan merah. Panaskan wajan dan minyak, kemudian tumis bawang merah dan putih yang sebelumnya telah dihaluskan hingga berubah warna dan tercium aroma harum. 5. Tuang kaldu ayam, kaldu udang dan beberapa bumbu lainnya. Jangan lupa juga untuk memasukan udang ke dalam masakan anda. 6. Masukan tepung yang sudah dicairkan kemudian aduk ke udara terlihat mengental. 7. Ayam yang digunakan adalah jenis ayam kampung yang dikenal dagingnya yang lebih padat dengan citarasa ayam yang lebih kuat. 8. Siapkan mangkok kemudian secara langsung, mie, taoge, potongan tahu, daging ayam, seledri dan potongan telur. 9. Tambahkan kentang, suwiran ayam, bawang goreng, cabai serta kecap. 10. Ambil kuah yang sudah anda buat tadi tuangkan perlahan. 11. Taburkan pelengkap sperti bawang goreng, kerupuk dan siram dengan udara perasan jeruk nipis.

1. Ambil semua bahan sambal, satukan kemudian haluskan. 2. Anda bisa menggunakan blender atau ulekan sesuai dengan selera anda masing-masing.
