Love fish and chips. It is easy to make and par cook to save for later.
Choose your favorite tempura batter and mix with water or beer to the consistency you like.
Choose a good quality cod. I like to use this frozen brand.
Thaw it out for a couple hours. I like to slice it when it is still about half frozen.
I like to have big thick pieces instead of thin wide pieces.
Slice all the fish quickly so it doesn't thaw to much.
Turn on the fryer or heat the oil to 350 degrees and start frying.
I like to wear a glove for the splatter.
Fry till half done.

When you're done you can put them back in the freezer or finish cooking some of them and eat.
If you can't wait just eat some.
