Cooked chicken leftover in your fridge? Here is an easy recipe for "poutine galvaude" that may please the whole family!
you will need:
-potatoes
-Cheese curds
-30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
-Poutine sauce ( Don't be scared! its easy to make , now Google it !)
Preparation
-The day before the meal, thaw the chicken in the refrigerator.
-At the time of the meal, preheat the oven to 205 ° C.
-Cut the potatoes into sticks and the chicken into cubes. (Lazy people: just buy fries...)
-In a bowl, mix the potato sticks with the olive oil. Salt and pepper.
-On a baking tray with parchment paper, place the potato sticks without overlaying them. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning French fries halfway through until browned and crisp.
-In a saucepan, bring the poutine sauce to a boil.
-Add chicken and green peas to the casserole. Bring to the boil again, then leave for 1 minute.
-Divide fries into four bowls. Garnish with cheese curds, then top with chicken and green pea sauce.
