Whenever summer rolls around, I can't be the only one that starts paying much closer attention to what I'm eating, how much I am exercising and what I look like. This can be toxic, but if approached in a healthy manner, it can also be extremely motivating and fun. Food should be enjoyed. This summer I have actually been taking the time to make healthy food I like that makes me look good, but also food that is good for my health.
Pro tip: salmon makes you feel full, packs tons of protein, good fats, and tastes absolutely delicious! Just place the salmon in a pan with water, lemon, black pepper etc. and let it steam.
