Ingredients:

How to prepare:

Leave it aside for at least half an hour.
2- Cut the carrots into small pieces, and cut the colored peppers and chili peppers into medium-sized pieces.
3- chop the onion to smooth slices, garlic into small pieces.
4- Bring the cooking pot and put it on low heat, add the olive oil and leave it to heat up, then add slices of onion and garlic and toss them together and leave them until the onions fade.
5- Add the vegetables (carrots, sweet peppers, and hot peppers) to the onions and garlic and toss them together, and leave them for five minutes on low heat.
6- Add chicken liver with the mixture to the vegetables in the cooking pot and add to it the maggi(chicken stock), salt and chicken spice, cumin and turmeric, stirring the ingredients together and leave them on low heat, and be careful to stir it between times, and it is possible to add more spices If needed and as desired.
7- Sprinkle the liver after it's done in the serving dish and sprinkle the chopped parsley on the face, served with yogurt or green salad and coriander, fresh lettuce and bread.
