Nigeria is divided into 3 ethnic groups which the yoruba is one of them...
Amala is a type of food that the yoruba's eat..it is produced from yam or cassava and this is done by drying of the cassava and yam till it is very dry and then blended to its powder state..#progect20millionnaija champaign...
PREPARATION: boil ur water in a pot for 3minutes and then while the water is boiling, you add the powdered yam or cassava into the water and mix together until it becomes solid....you could eat with ewedu or vegetable soupIMG_20180104_182847.jpg
