Hello my friend! First of all thanks a lot for the mention and entering Steemit Iron Chef! We are all so happy to have you among the contestants!
I've made a lot of petit pois a la Francaise during my times in the hotel industry but yours looks really another level!
Very well done! Making your Hollandaise with browned butter is a great idea, the taste is simply amazing!
