Hey everyone! Hope you are all having great, productive days! I just wanted to get on here and share with you one of my favorite fruits at the moment, the orange. There is something about a cool orange at the end of a long day which really refreshes me, it might be the excellent source of vitamin C... I have found that eating an orange right before a workout is the perfect way to get some instant energy!

I would also like to tell everyone that I will be traveling to Los Angeles, California next week! I will be flying in on Tuesday and am very excited, this is my first time going to California. One of the things I am looking forward to most is sharing my photography with all of you, from delicious food to breathtaking views, stay tuned for Cali!

Love oranges <3 I often buy a few kilos of oranges and make juice from them, it is much better than the one from the stores. Veryy good post :)
