Hi, steemians! π
Today I've decided to cook our favorite pots with chicken and mushrooms. Since childhood, the taste of food cooked in a pot was different from everything else, and it seems more delicious and magical. π
Today I'll tell you how we usually prepare "pots". π
> To be honest, I was fascinated by the preparation process, I've absolutely
> forgotten about the camera π’, so, please, watch the video. π
** For the pots we need ** βοΈ chicken fillets (I had 500 g), βοΈ garlic (1 clove), βοΈ carrot, βοΈ onion, βοΈ potatoes (about 3/4 medium potatoes for 1 pot) βοΈ champignon (300 g) βοΈ salt, βοΈ pepper, βοΈ sour cream, βοΈ cheese (I used mozzarella for pizza).
Prepare pots, so that you could immediately put the split products in. π€
1β£ *** The first layer*** - spread the chopped chicken into small pieces. + salt and pepper. Top it with crushed garlic.
2β£ ***The second layer *** - coarse grated carrots.
3β£ ***The third layer*** Β - onions, sliced ββinto half rings.
4β£ ***Fourth*** - potatoes, chopped into small cubes.
5β£ ***The fifth layer*** Β - mushrooms.
On top of all layers put a spoonful of sour cream, cover with a lid and put the pots in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
When 40 minutes pass β±, open pots and sprinkle with grated cheese. Turn off the oven but leave for another 10 minutes the pots inside. π
Bon Appetit! βοΈ
