I can tell you its AWESOME. I built my life on a foundation of sustainability and The Garden of Eden is the pinnacle of that achievement so far.
Not only is sustainability important but so is HEALTH!
Living a sustainable life is not only good for the ENTIRE EARTH but its also a HUGE upgrade to your health!
I can tell you from experience that being sick and weak sucks and being strong and healthy is awesome!
All of life is better when healthy. SO embrace sustainable living for the betterment of the entire earth and everything on it!

It's definitely a needed road trip, a perfect time. I expect nothing less than epic, haha. My daughter will be eighteen this summer and it might be the last trip we get her company on, my son fifteen so he has a trip or two left in him lol. They're excited mainly because we unschool, and while my son doesn't really care what people think my daughter gets a bit awkward when explaining that to 'adults', so definitely going to a place where that isn't necessary is a big plus LOL

I love what you said! Everything goes to our body is very important and you can feel that how it affects your skin, digestion right away. I have been sick for one month and this is the first time like this. That feeling sucks and made me so low. Now figure out it's related to my job and I'm happy I knew it now. @quinneaker so envious of you right now, stuck in the hussle and bussle of London, My goal in life is to live completely of grid 100% sustainable! I've got land in Ireland and I plan to hopefully build a container home beside my childhood home! I can still remember me helping my dad plant carrots, cabbage,potatoes, etc when I was a small child much like you are with your child! Just like I have fond memories your child will remember fondly also! Such a cutie too, your very lucky cherish these moments!

I want to urge you to come regardless of if you've got a speaker spot at the conference. We're forking the main conference and have reserved an awesome huge venue with the intent of basically letting people do what they'd like in the place. You could easily put on a workshop, even charge a fee for entry if you're interested. There's no official speakers at Anarchaforko but there is the opportunity to do whatever you want with it, and we'd like you involved. We're still forking Steemfest too, that'll be held the last day of the main event on February 25th and we need people like you! Would you be interested in even considering it?

The dead of winter... I don't see any snow! It does look very cute and I personally like to eat kale from outside all winter long, it's my go to!

This IS the dead of winter, everywhere in America. Because I am in Texas as I have clearly stated the winter is much less harsh than say vermont or british Colombia. However its still middle of winter and I am still harvesting fresh produce.

Feeling healthy and being healthy is Wonderful. I try to work on the idea of total health, not just of body but also Spirit and Mind.
My weakness tends to be in a screw lose brain.
What has helped me more then anything has been a constant Bikram yoga practice. I started practicing in 2008 and then became a Bikram Certified teacher in 2010. I have been teaching full time since June of 2010.

There is a lot of food out there, waiting for us all, for sure! The folks buried by snow have their own challenges, but there is always something to connect us with the plants and land! I've been harvesting so many good greens here in Oregon's Willamette Valley. I've been processing a bunch of Gingko biloba fruit to get the nuts inside 1-foraging, 2-gingko nut salad. People pay so much for Gingko as supplements, when chances are, they could find some themselves and get a year's supply pretty quick! Here's to the plants that sustain us all, one way or another!
