Today is a special day with a special treat for it, today we cook assida of zgougou, or more likely to call in foreign world the black smoothy.
Today is the anniversary of the birth of Mohammed peace be upon him. For that sake we celebrate it each culture with its own ways and traditions

It's made of zgougou wich is carefully prepared and squized in the machine, and cooked untill boiling.
And then the decoration with white cream wich is very delicious and tasty along with sweets on top
