Since I read health reviews from an article, my family and I tried to slowly change our diet everyday.
In the past, almost every day I cooked a mixture of oil, now I want to try slowly cooking something that has soup without oil, salt and sugar.
Maybe it's not late to be healthy person.
Ingredients
• 1/2 ounce of minced meat
• 1 potato
• 1 carrot
• 3 ounces of cauliflower
• 1 stalk of leeks
• 1 stalk of celery leaves
• 1 tomato
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper powder
• 500 ml of water
Smoothed ingredients:
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 Spring onions
Step to make it
• Blend the garlic and onion
• After being mashed, stir-fry for a while with the meat that has been chopped.
• Add water, wait for the water to boil, add the vegetables.
• Add the celery leaves and leeks.
• Vegetable soup is ready to be served.
