How to track your macros

Now we all know there is a app to track macros "MyFitnessPal", but what if you don't have the measurements cup with you??

Now as you can see, a balanced meal should consist of lean protein, veggies, complex carbs and healthy fats.

Always remember, fill your plate with 1/4th of lean protein, 1/4 of complex carbs, 1/2 plate of veggies and on top of that add some fat

Just try this and you'll be amazed by the results.
