Ingredients
1 lb. (500gm) chicken legs and thigh pieces on boneless
2 tbsp. hung curd/plain thick yogurt
2 tbsp. overwhelming cream
1 tbsp. dark pepper powder
2 tbsp. garlic glue
1 tbsp. green stew glue
1 tbsp. spread
Salt to taste

Initially MARINADE
Garlic glue 1/2tsp
Lemon juice-2tbsp
Salt-1tsp
White paper-1tsp
Second marination
Hung yogurt – 6 tablespoons
Substantial cream/Fresh cream-2tbsp
Garlic glue 2-3tbsp
green bean stew glue 1tbsp
White pepper powder-1tbsp
Margarine 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/2tsp
Garnising
Lemon cut into wedges ,onion ring,green chutny
Procedure
Marinate chicken pieces in garlic glue, lemon juice ,salt ,paper and rub the blend over and keep them for one hour in the fridge to marinate.
At that point in a combining dish blend yogurt, new cream, stew, garlic glue and season with salt, a squeeze of sugar and white pepper powder. Taste and change the flavoring as indicated by your preferring.
At that point include marinate chicken pieces in the blend you made above and let it rest overnight in the fridge.
Preheat stove 180°C.
Place the chicken in a preparing plate and heat atin the preheated stove for twenty minutes. Turn the pieces over, shower a little spread over them and heat for five to eight minutes more , and last 8-9 minutes flame broil the chicken until the point when the juices run clear when the chicken piece is pierced by a blade close to the bone.
Serve hot with lemon wedges,onion ring and green chutney..
