Raw rice - 1 cup
Black lentil /gram(urad dal) -1/2 cup(whole without skin)
Fenugreek seed -1/4 tsp
Salt- As per your taste
Sesame(Gingelly) Oil - For greasing
Ghee - as per your taste
METHOD OF MAKING GHEE ROAST DOSA
- Soak Rice separate, Lentil and fenugreek mixed together and soak separately for 3 to 4 hrs.
- Grind it with required water in a mixer or food processor and make a smooth and thick batter.
- Keep it for 8 to 10hrs for fermentation, when it's fermented add salt as per your taste add water if required mix well.
- Heat dosa tawa in medium heat, Grease some gingelly oil and pour a big spoonful dosa batter on the pan
- Spread dosa into big /medium thin circle shape
- When one side is cooked flip over and spread 1/2 tsp of Ghee on it
- Dosa become golden brown color and crispy, fold or roll the Ghee roast dosa and remove from tawa
- Serve it with Chamandi/Sambar
