Match Cake With Yellow Peach 抹茶黄桃蛋糕

Matcha not only is drinkable, also can be made into all kinds of food, meet the needs of the modern rapid-pace of life.

And it gives the food a kind of fresh natural unique taste, natural green gives people health and pleasant visual enjoyment.

The most important things is that its nutritional value is very high. Matcha contains rich nutritional ingredients such as tea polyphenols, protein, fiber, vitamins, etc., much higher than ordinary green tea. It can enhance immunity, anti-cancer, anti-aging and so on. So many benefits, it is popular for many peoples.

Today I 'd like to share with you the Match cake. In fact, last weekend, my friends came to my house , one of them especially likes the flavor of the matcha. so I made this . The green color looks darker, if you like light green, you can reduce the baking time.

Ingredients:

  • egg 5
  • cake flour 75 g
  • match power 25 g
  • sugar 60 g (egg white)
  • sugar 30 g ( egg yolk)
  • vegetable oil 65 g
  • milk 70 ml

topping:

cream 300 ml
sugar 20 g
yellow peach 100 g

Instructions:

1 Separate egg white and yolk, they are put in two large bowl respectively ,there is no oil and no water in the bowls .

2 Add sugar in yolks, stir evenly, add milk, add corn oil, stir well.

3 Sift all the flour , and put it into the egg yolk mixture, use a rubber scraper to mix well.

4 Use electric hand beater to whisk the egg whites until pale and fluffy , then beat in sugar in three times until stiff . when you hold electric hand beater up ,you can see standing angular shape on the top of the egg white .

5 Put the meringue in yolk in three times ,each time needs to stir evenly .
Don't stir too long .

6 Put the batter into a baking sheet.

7 Preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees ,bake it for about 50 minutes until risen ,light golden .a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.

8 Cut the cake into three pieces. set aside.

9 place sugar in the whipping cream and whisk the cream until pale and fluffy.

10 take one piece of cake and spread whipping cream on the cake. and then put on the second piece cake. repeated it.

pip whipped cream on the top and place yellow peach in the middle .

最重要的是它的营养价值非常高哦。抹茶含有很丰富的营养成分如茶多酚、蛋白质、维生素、纤维素、等等,比一般绿茶要高很多。具有增强免疫力、防癌、防衰老功效。如此多的好处,得到很多人喜爱。今天就给大家分享这款抹茶蛋糕,其实这是上周末朋友们来我家小聚,其中有个朋友她特别喜欢抹茶的味道,于是我就做了这款。烘烤时间可能长了一点,颜色有些深呢,喜欢浅一点颜色的可以减少烘焙的时间。

原料:

蛋糕粉 75 g
抹茶粉 25 g
鸡蛋 5个
砂糖 70 g
牛奶70 ml
色拉油 40 ml
淡奶油300 ml
水果 适量

做法:

1 鸡蛋分离蛋清和蛋黄,分别放在无油的大碗中。
2 在蛋黄的碗里加入色拉油,牛奶,砂糖30g,搅拌均匀。
3 蛋清先用电动打蛋器打发出鱼眼泡,再分3次加入细砂糖打发,最后打发至干性发泡。提起打蛋器,蛋白呈倒立的小尖角。
4 把打发好的蛋白分三次放入蛋黄液中,搅拌均匀。
5 烤箱预热,170度。

6 取三分之一蛋白霜加入面糊中,用刮刀擦底翻拌均匀,加入剩余蛋白霜,快速轻柔翻拌均匀后从20cm左右的高度把面糊倒入铺好油纸的烤盘中,用刮片把面糊仔细推到烤盘的每一个角落并大致抹平表面,在桌子上震几下,再用手拍打几下烤盘底部震出气泡。

7 把烤盘放入烤箱内,烤30分钟,即可。
8 烤好的蛋糕倒扣在网架上,凉凉,切成3片。大致相同尺寸就可以,因为最后还要切去不规则边缘。
9 淡奶油加糖打发。装入裱花袋。
10 把奶油挤在蛋糕片上,再放入第二片蛋糕,再挤入奶油。放入最后一片蛋糕,上面随意挤出造型,放入喜欢的水果,我这次放的是甜甜的黄桃,简易的抹茶黄桃蛋糕就完成啦!
