Like my name I'm a big noodle lover. Today, I want to introduce amazing Korean noodles.

오늘은 제가 세상에서 제일 좋아하는 한국의 면 요리를 소개해보겠습니다.

Ramen 라면

The consumption of instant noodles per capita in Korea is top of the world. I think I eat ramen more than three times a week, Ramen Girl's favorite food is also Ramen, I'd happy to introduce to you <3 hahah. As you know already, Korean Ramen is really spicy. There is ramen called "Spicy Chicken Noodle" which is extremely spicy one. This Spicy Chicken Noodle got popular few years ago in Korea. If you're spicy food lover, you should try this!
한국의 1인당 라면소비량은 세계에서 1위라고 합니다. 저는 제이름을 라멘걸이라고 지을만큼 라면을 너무 좋아해서ㅋㅋ 일주일에 3번이상은 꼭 먹는거 같아요. 한국의 인스턴트 라면은 매운맛이 큰 매력이라 할 수 있는데요, 2015년 해성 처럼 등장한 불닭볶음면이라는 엄청나게 매운 라면이 나와서 큰 인기를 끌었습니다.

Naeng-Myeon 냉면

Naeng-Myeon is cold noodles that Korean people enjoyed since the Joseon Dynasty! There is a lot of different kind of Naeng-Myeon with different area. There is Pyongyang Naeng-Myeon, Hamheung Naeng-Myeon, Jinju Naeng-Myeon, Busan Mil-Myeon, and so on. I personally like Pyongyang cold noodles the most ;)
냉면 – 조선시대때부터 즐겨먹었다던 한국 고유의 냉면! 평양냉면, 함흥냉면, 진주냉면, 부산의 밀면등 지역별로 그 맛도 다르죠. 저는 개인적으로 평양냉면을 가장 좋아한답니다^^

Japchae 잡채

Japchae is a noodle foreigners' favorite Korean dishes. Japchae used to be can eat only on someone's birthdays or special day. But now days you can easily find any restaurant as a little side dish.
외국인도 좋아하는 잡채는 당면으로 만들어졌는데요, 예전엔 생일이나 잔칫날에만 먹을 수 있었던 음식이였는데, 요즘은 식당에서 밑반찬으로 많이 나오더라구요!

Jajang-myeon 자장면

This is a Korean-style Chinese food. In Korea, every 14th April we called it's "Black day" which is eating Jajang-myeon only single people who didn't get chocolates at Valentine's Day.
자장면 – 한국식 중국음식인 자장면입니다. 한국에서는 4/14일을 브랙데이라고 하는데요 발렌타인데이때 초콜릿을 못받은 솔로들끼리 위로하며 자장면을 먹는 날입니다.
