I have never eaten fish flakes is interesting, I would like to know how to prepare a fish that I ate in China was lauded wuhan fish, I was told to go into the oven with butter and garlic just that, if one day you have that recipe I would like to prepare it, thanks for your post

hello is a common fish and the name of wuhan is from the city where they prepare it, in china but the comment is if you know how to prepare a stewed fish that is made only with butter and garlic if you learn to do so I will read your post, i am venezuela
