ingredients :
1 whole chicken
3 pieces of onion,
1 piece Garlic,
3 Strands Leeks,
Soup leaf ,
A little ginger,
Air acidic java 1 Small bowl,
1 teaspoon sugar,
Salt to taste,
flavor of chicken broth,
How to cook:
Prepare pan of water and Boil all ingredients above,
When the water was boiling, add chicken,
Cook about 15 minutes, do not stir,
Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let 1 hour.
after 1 hour, remove the chicken from the pot
ready to serve chicken stew
