Bahan-bahan
Ikan kayu (ikan tongkol)
10 buah asam Sunti (belimbing wulu kering)
3 siung bawang putih
6 siung bawang merah
15 buah Cabai rawit
6 buah Cabai merah
3 buah Cabai hijau
1/2 jahe (geprek)
1/2 kunyit
1/2 lengkuas (geprek)
2 batang serai (geprek)
1/2 tomat
Daun temuru (daun kari)
Sesuai Selera Garam (sesuai selera)
secukupnya Air (sedikit saja)
Jeruk nipis
Cara membuat ikan kayu
Bersihkan ikan tongkol sisik,cuci hingga bersih
Lalu baluri dengan garam dan jeruk nipis
Cuci kembali hingga bersih
Kukus/rebus ikan
Jika sudah matang, suwir" ikan
Jemur dibawah sinar matahari agar sedikit kering dn rada keras

1.Belender Cabai rawit,Cabai merah,kunyit, bawang merah,bawang putih,asam sunti,tomat
2.Panaskan minyak.tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi. Lalu masukan serai,jahe,lengkuas,daun temuru, Cabai hijau iris
3.Masukan ikan.aduk hingga tercampur. Beri garam sesuai selera. Beri air sedikit saja.
