I went to a friend’s birthday drinks party last Friday. The name of the place was called “The Shop”, which feels more like a cross between a wine bar, cocktail bar and local hang out.
I was quite pleasantly surprised as the place turned out to have a really cool and trendy atmosphere. There were a selection of cocktails including some with quirky names like “Painkiller” and “Suffering Bastard”, which made me laugh, lol!
By the way, we tried a couple of cocktails and they were all excellent.
The food also looked good however we didn’t try much this time around. Only had some snacks like “fried sweet potato and avocado”, which was nice.
If you are ever near or within the area, I would recommend this place for a drink or two!
