Chinese Food Adventures: #1- LiangPi

For my inaugural post in this series I am choosing my favorite noodle dish. This is a cold noodle dish made using rice noodles. Mixed inside is broccoli, cucumber, red chili flakes, and hard tofu. The sauce is a sesame sauce not at all unlike the type of dipping sauce you would find at a hot pot restaurant. I will post a hotpot adventure in the future.

      Thanks! Yes I was put off in the beginning. Especially since the name translates to cold skin. But they are wonderfully delicious

        There is so much going on haha.
        Looks so delicious, especially how there are so many vibrant colours with the chili flakes and the broccoli.
